Our large two storey, fully air-conditioned villa easily sleeps 8-10 guests.

The formal living and dining areas are co-ordinated in shades of gold, cream, black and brown, and create a striking first impression upon entering the property.

There is comfortable seating within the formal living area which includes a Queen sleeper sofa, a double sofa and two ottoman. This part of the house is intended to be a retreat away from the main living area but an iPod speaker docking station here for your entertainment.

Moving to the back of the property takes you into the open plan informal living area. The large L-shaped sofa allows everyone to cosy up but those in the kitchen or nook can be part of the goings-on too. There are a large television, DVD player, games console and various board games for your enjoyment.

The formal dining area comprises of a magnificent oval glass dining table with luxurious covered seating for six.

The fully equipped kitchen contains every item you might need to prepare a lunchtime snack or gourmet evening meal for up to 12 guests (although you will also find our recommendations for restaurants and takeouts). There are also a microwave and dishwasher plus large double fridge/freezer with ice and cold water dispenser for your use.

The nook has a glass table with seating for four plus there are four bar stools for extra informal dining at the kitchen island.

Adjacent to the kitchen & nook area is a pantry/storage cupboard and laundry room. There is also a restroom which has direct access to the deck area - no more having to traipse back through the house with wet feet and especially ideal for getting the little ones to the bathroom quick when they say they need to “go” NOW!

The main access to the pool deck is via double doors from the nook. We have extended the deck area to give proper sunbathing space for that all important holiday tan since many homes we have seen do not even have enough room to accommodate two chairs, let alone chaises and dining furniture.

The deck looks out over Federal conservation land and gives a welcome break from the hustle and bustle of the theme parks.

You will hear all manner of wildlife during your stay and, like us, will probably enjoy sitting back and watching the eagles circling high above the trees on the thermals.
