Lake Berkley Retreat close to Disney World

So the check process was fantastic talking to the host was fantastic. when you enter the property, you can’t just enter right hand. You have to wait in a long line because there’s other cars in front of you who have to check in so that part was not up to par. Also, the bedding on the beds were not clean at all. First part of my trip. I am washing bedding. Beds are very uncomfortable half of my trip I was sleeping on the couch. Also, in the middle of my trip, they came into the house to check fire extinguishers. I thought that was a little ordinary when they could’ve did it after we left or before.

Very nice large home for families. The pool was large and clean. The host Paul is very responsive. A grill was missing from the home and when I mentioned it he immediately brought a new grill and new gas tank to the home. Only negative part was the mattress in the master bedroom was little old and no pool toys but we were able to buy cheap ones at Walmart to use during our vacation and left them for the next family to use. The other slightly annoying part was that particular resort didn't give out access cards so you have to wait for the guard to open the gate every time you come in. Sometimes you end up waiting behind several cars specially when they are registering for the first time.

Well maintained villa in nice location with large clean pool. Allowed us to have a fantastic holiday. Host was very friendly and easy to talk to.
